How often will I be sending these posts?

I’m aiming and committing to showing up roughly twice a week. Once a week, I’m going to take a real think-piece blog approach, and once a week I’m going take a much more artistic approach with poetry, songs, photography essays, and so on, both of which will be sent directly to your email inbox if you subscribe.

I have two conflicting beliefs: one is that art is a tool for the masses especially as we attempt to survive under this fascist regime, and I think it should be freely available and accessible, and the other is that we live under capitalism, and I believe that this work I’m doing here is real work and deserves financial support. So, I’ve come up with a solution that feels good to me, it’s free unless you’d like to support me with $5 a month. If it makes sense to think about it this way, you’ll buy me a cup of coffee from a local establishment monthly. If that’s in your budget right now, great. And if not, I’ll keep sending you essays and poetry anyway.
